Temperature Data Collection System

Within the scope of this project, I worked on Wi-Fi enabled, low-power IoT-based temperature data collection systems developed under the Sensorium brand at MSE Digital (formerly known as Mert Yazılım). These systems were designed to meet the needs of continuous temperature monitoring, data logging, and remote access in industrial and healthcare environments.
WiFiLog – Wi-Fi Enabled Temperature Monitoring Device

WiFiLog is an IoT device that periodically records temperature data from connected sensors and transmits it to a central system via Wi-Fi. In case of internet connectivity loss, data is securely stored locally and automatically synchronized once the connection is restored.
My contributions to this product included:
Low-power Wi-Fi communication infrastructure
Continuous temperature data acquisition
Offline data storage and synchronization
Remote monitoring and configuration
Datlog / Datlog Plus – Industrial Temperature Data Logger Systems

Datlog and Datlog Plus are professional IoT devices capable of collecting data from multiple temperature sensors, offering long-term data logging and remote access. Alarm thresholds can be defined to notify users when temperature limits are exceeded.
In these projects, I worked on:
Temperature data acquisition algorithms for embedded systems
Sensor integrations
Real-time data transmission
IoT platform–compatible firmware development
Patient Bed Control Unit (Hardware Integration Experience)

The Patient Bed Control Unit, part of the Sensorium product family, is not directly related to temperature monitoring; however, it provided valuable experience in hardware design, production processes, and industrial product development.
Technical Focus Areas
IoT-based temperature data collection systems
Wi-Fi enabled, low-power embedded devices
Reliable data logging and synchronization
Remote monitoring and alarm mechanisms
Solutions suitable for industrial and healthcare sectors
Conclusion
The projects developed at MSE Digital provide modern IoT solutions that enable secure, continuous, and remote temperature monitoring. Through active involvement in the R&D process, I gained hands-on experience in commercial-grade hardware and embedded software development.
